Issuance Requirements
Receipts can be requested only for tickets purchased by following methods.
- Star Flyer official website
- SF Call Center (Japan domestic flight reservation and information center)
- Airport check-in counter
How to download or request receipts
Issuance Period
From the date of purchase up to 90 days after the boarding date of the last flight in the itinerary
- *Within two years from purchase.
Online application*
Airport check-in counter
Please request at the check-in counter on the day your departure.
- *Issued receipt will be sent by post.
- *If you make payment at travel agency, please request the agency to issue the receipt.
Cautions
- The receipt cannot be reissued.
- Please check the boarding date, flight number, and passenger name in advance.
- Receipt issue service is not available after one year since your payment.

If you purchase from the following locations, we are able to issue a certificate of boarding at Star Flyer.

At the check-in counter on the day of departure, please let us know that you wish to have a certificate of boarding issued.
- *Please note that issuing the receipt by post will require some time.
Cautions
- Please check the boarding date, flight number, seat, and passenger name in advance.
- If one year has passed since the ticket was purchased, we will be unable to issue a receipt.
- Inclusive travel discounted fares and charter flights are not eligible for issuing a certificate of boarding.
