Items Required for Check-in
Please have one of the following ready.
- Ticket number (13 digits)
- Reservation number (6 digits)
The deadline for purchasing tickets, checking in, and checking baggage is 20 minutes before departure. Once you have completed these procedures, please go through security as early as possible so that you can arrive at the gate at least 10 minutes before departure. Depending on the airport, it may take more than 10 minutes to walk from the security checkpoint to the gate.

Passengers for Kitakyushu flights and Fukuoka flights and Kansai flights and Yamaguchi Ube flights that depart Terminal 1 at Haneda Airport (Tokyo) should use Security Checkpoint A. You cannot use other departure gates.
