Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee that varies depending on the fare type and refund period of the flight ticket will be incurred as a charge associated with canceling the ticket.
General Fare・Shareholder's Benefit Discount・Caregiver・STAR Business Flex*1
The following cancellation fees will be charged to the entire fare amount of the reservation record.

Refund of a partially used ticket
Assuming that one-way fare amount has been used for the boarded segments, the refund amount is obtained by subtracting the same charge as above for the fare amount of the entire reservation record (including used segments) from the difference between the fare amount of the entire reservation record (including used segments) and the fare applicable to the used segments.Even if the refund amount is calculated to be zero, the consumption tax and Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) will be refunded.
If you have bought a round-trip ticket and either missed an outbound segment or forgotten to refund an outbound segment
A cancellation fee of 100% of Roundtrip Fare (excluding tax) will be charged.
* Only the consumption tax and Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) will be refunded.

The following cancellation fees will be charged to the entire fare amount of the reservation record.

Refund of a partially used ticket
Assuming that one-way fare amount has been used for the boarded segments, the refund amount is obtained by subtracting the cancellation fee below for the fare amount of the entire reservation record (including used segments) from the difference between the fare amount of the entire reservation record (including used segments) and the fare applicable to the used segments. The amount to be refunded may be calculated as zero.

The following cancellation fees will be charged to the entire fare amount of the reservation record.

This fare will only be refunded if both the outbound and return journeys are cancelled before boarding.
Even if the return flight is unused, refunds will not be possible after boarding the outbound flight.
STAR LIMITED ・ FLY JAPAN VALUE FARE
The following cancellation fees will be charged to the entire fare amount of the reservation record.

Refund of a partially used ticket
The one-way fare will be considered to have been used for the section already traveled, and the refund will be the difference between the fare for the outbound and return fare amounts including the used section and the fare applicable to the used section, minus the cancellation fee applicable when either the outbound or return journey has been partially used. The amount to be refunded may be calculated as zero.
