Check-in at the airport

Boarding procedures can be completed at a Self-service check-in machine or a check-in counter.

The deadline for all boarding procedures, including passing through the security checkpoint, is 20 minutes before the departure time.
Please make sure to complete your ticket purchase, check-in, and baggage check-in early enough to pass through the security checkpoint by 20 minutes before departure.
If you miss this time, you may not be allowed to board.

  When completing the boarding procedure with a credit card, please ensure that the cardholder themselves performs the procedure.

For customers who have not yet purchased their airline tickets, please complete your procedures early so that you can pass through the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes before the departure time.
Customers who have already purchased their tickets are requested to use the self-check-in machine^*1 or online check-in^*1*2.

1. Baggage check-In

   Passengers with checked baggage should complete their procedures early enough to pass through the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes before the departure time.

2. Security checkpoint

   Please complete all procedures and pass through the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes before your departure time.

   We have strengthened the inspection of jackets, shoes, and explosives before boarding aircraft. Due to the enhanced inspections, security checks may take more time, so we kindly ask that you arrive at the airport with ample time.

   From March 10, 2022, it is mandatory, based on the Aviation Act, to undergo a security inspection before boarding an aircraft. If you proceed past the security checkpoint without undergoing the inspection, you may be subject to imprisonment for up to one year or a fine of up to 500,000 yen.

     Make sure that it is the passenger's own boarding pass.

     Touch your boarding pass to the reader at the boarding pass check gate.

     Proceed by following the instructions on the guidance screen.

   Please check your boarding pass for information such as your boarding gate, group number, and seat number.

3. Boarding gate

   Please arrive at the boarding gate at least 10 minutes before the departure time.

     If you are unable to arrive at least 10 minutes before the departure time, you may not be allowed to board even if you have a reservation.

     Electronic devices that transmit radio waves for communication should either be set to a state where they do not emit radio waves or be turned off once the airplane doors are closed.

     Make sure that it is your own boarding pass.

     Once the person ahead has passed through and the door has closed, please hold your boarding pass over the ticket gate reader.

     Follow the instructions on the guidance screen and pass through when the door opens.

   If a seat change notification slip (*) is issued, please collect it and proceed. The slip will be issued in the following cases.

     When the customer's seat is changed due to equipment changes.

     When you hold up the old boarding pass before changing seats.

   Boarding information will not be printed from the new ticket gates.
   Customers who have been using the boarding information as proof of boarding are requested to have a boarding certificate issued.

4. Departure

   Departure time is the time when the plane starfts to move.

   Passengers who have used online check-in and have issued a boarding pass (2D barcode) may proceed directly to the security checkpoint.

After closing time, you may not be able to board even if you have made a reservation. Should you miss your flight, you can apply for a refund after being charged the prescribed fee. Note that your flight cannot be changed to another flight.
