Little☆Comet (unaccompanied minor)

This is a service that helps children aged 5 to 7 (and up to age 11 by request) travel alone.

  Children under 5 years old must be accompanied by an individual who is 12 years old or over.

• The Little☆Comet service is for passengers aged 5 to 7 (and up to age 11 by request) who are not accompanied by a passenger 12 years old or over.
• A guardian or stand-in is required to send off and pick up the passenger at the departure and arrival locations.
• This service may not be available for use if there is cause to believe weather or other circumstance may prevent arrival at the destination.

You can select your seat when making a reservation or purchasing a ticket^※1 on the Star Flyer official website or through the SF CALL CENTER.

  Seats may be changed without prior notice due to aircraft changes or other unavoidable circumstances.

1. Step.1Check-In

   The following procedures are required. Please complete them at the check-in counter at least 30 minutes before departure.

   Please submit an Application and Pledge.

     Please fill in the required items in advance, print out and bring it with you to the airport.This will allow procedures to run smoothly on the day of departure.
   • ※
     At Fukuoka Airport/Chubu Centrair International Airport (Nagoya), please come to the dedicated counter for passengers who need assistance.
   • Attendants seeing off child passengers should stay with them until the boarding gate.
     • *
       Security Checkpoint Passes for attendants to use to pass through the checkpoints are available at the airport check-in counter.
     • *
       Only 1 attendant per child passenger is allowed.

   Safety Precautions:Cellular phones for children

   Some mobile phones for kids have a particular setting that automatically turns the power on from time to time for sending its location, even though the power was turned off.
   Please turn the phone off completely before boarding.

2. Step.2Boarding

   Please wear your Little☆Comet dedicated holder and wait near the boarding gate with the person seeing you off.

   You will be invited to board during the priority boarding service.
   Please arrive at the boarding gate no later than 30 minutes before departure.

     Please note that, depending on the circumstances, you may be invited to board last.

Feel free to contact your cabin crew.

• The child will be taken to the arrivals lobby by an airport staff. Attendants are asked to wait in front of the sign.
• When the guardian meets them to pick up the child, he or she will sign for the child.
