Carry-on baggage
Baggage that you may carry on to a flight must be 1 personal item (such as a handbag, camera or umbrella) that meets the following conditions.

Some baggage that is within the size requirements may still be accepted as checked baggage when it cannot be stored in the cabin.

Due to stricter airline security and safety within the cabin, we request your cooperation in decreasing the amount of carry-on baggage.

The size of your baggage will be checked at the security checkpoint.
- A gage that checks size is installed at the baggage checkpoint.
- Baggage that exceeds regulations cannot undergo a safety inspection.
- You will be asked to check baggage that exceeds the size permitted for carry-on baggage at the check-in counter.
- Based on a request from the Civil Aviation Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, we ask for your cooperation regarding the handling of mobile batteries on board. Please notify the cabin crew immediately if you notice anything unusual.

Do not store mobile batteries in the overhead compartments.
To ensure prompt action in case of a malfunction, always keep mobile batteries with you or in a place where you can constantly monitor them, such as the seat pocket in front of you. - 2
Do not use mobile batteries.
If you need to charge electronic devices, please use the onboard USB ports or power outlets. Portable electronic smoking devices, such as heated tobacco products or e-cigarettes, may not be charged on the aircraft under any circumstances or in any location. - 3

To prevent short circuits, cover the terminals with tape or place the battery in a plastic bag or similar for insulation.

Opened plastic bottles or thermos bottles may leak due to changes in air pressure at high altitude. Do not place them in the overhead compartments; always keep them with you or under the seat in front of you (except for emergency exit seats).
Cabin Baggage
A passenger who brings baggage that exceeds the carry-on size restrictions and is fragile (such as instruments or paintings) or who requires 2 or more seats is required to pay the cabin Baggage.
List of charges for flights between May 19, 2026 and October 24, 2026
If you cancelled your flight after the departure time, as a cancellation fee, you will be charged 100% of the fare amount, excluding taxes (you will only be refunded the consumption tax).

Extra seats
A single passenger requiring two or more seats can purchase additional seats.
Fees for flights between May 19, 2026 and October 24, 2026
In the event of cancellation after the departure time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the fee amount excluding tax will be charged (only consumption tax will be refunded).
