Online check-in
Online check-in is a service that allows you to check-in and issue a boarding pass from a device such as a smartphone from 24 hours before the departure of your scheduled flight after purchasing a reservation.
One 2D barcode is required for each person.

Flow of using Online check-in

Step.1Reservation / Purchase / Seat assignment
Please complete the reservation, purchase, and seat selection on the Star Flyer official website, call center, etc.

Please make a note that reservation number or confirmation number issued after purcase, as it will be required for online check-in.

Step.2Online check-in / Boarding pass issuance
Online check-in is available from the Star Flyer official website or the Star Flyer official app from 24 hours before departure. Please complete online check-in and issue your boarding pass at least 20 minutes before departure.

If you did not provide an email address when making your reservation, you will need to enter one when using online check-in.

Step.3baggage check-in
If you would like to check in your baggage, please do so at the baggage counter.

Step.4Passing through the security checkpoint
Please complete all check-in procedures and allow plenty of time to reach the boarding gate at least 10 minutes before departure.
Depending on the airport, it may take more than 10 minutes to walk from the security checkpoint to the boarding gate.
If airport staff determine that you will not arrive at the boarding gate at least 10 minutes before departure, you will not be permitted to board, even if you have already checked in.At the security checkpoint, touch two-dimensional bar code on your boarding pass.

Step.5Passing throught the boarding gate
You must pass through 10 minutes before departure.
At the boarding gate, please present the boarding pass you held up at the security checkpoint.

Step.1Online waitlist request
If your desired flight is fully booked, you will be given a waitlist.
Apply for a waitlist on the website and obtain an "airport waitlist boarding pass".- *
Please apply after paying for your flight ticket in advance.

If you have a reservation for the date you wish to board, please apply after completing check-in procedures.

Passengers with checked baggage can check it at the boarding gate after their flight is confirmed.

Step.2Passing through the security checkpoint
After completing all procedures, please go through security check at least 20 minutes before the departure of the flight you wish to wait for.
At the security checkpoint, scan the 2D barcode on your standby boarding pass or boarding pass for your reserved flight and receive your security check certificate.

Step.3Web waiting list result
After completing all the procedures, we will inform you of the result on the digital signage 20 minutes before the departure time. We will display part of the name and waitlist number of the customer for whom a seat is available.

Step.5Passing through the boarding gate
You must pass through 10 minutes before departure. Please touch the 2D barcode on your boarding pass to pass through.
In case of delay
Please arrive at the boarding gate at least 10 minutes before departure.
If you arrive after the deadline, you may not be able to board even if you have already checked in.
If you miss your flight, a refund will be issued after a standard fee is charged.
Please note that you cannot change to another flight.
About transit
If the connecting itinerary is within the same reservation, you can board up to 3 sectors using online check-in.Hold your boarding pass up to the final destination over the terminal equipment at the security checkpoint to board.

For round-trip itineraries where the arrival point of the outbound flight and the departure point of the return flight are different
Example: Leg 1: Tokyo Haneda – Kitakyushu Leg 2: Fukuoka – Tokyo Haneda
If you have already completed the check-in process for Leg 1, you can check in online for Leg 2.
