What to Be Aware of When Confirming Reservations Online

Reservations that meet the following conditions cannot be confirmed online. Please contact the SF Call Center (Japan domestic flight reservation and information center).

    In the case of making a reservation of 3 or more itineraries, for 7 or more adult or child passengers, or for 3 or more infant passengers
  • 2
    In the case of reservations for which the boarding date has passed
  • *
    If a reservation from a STAR LINK member is changed without logging in to STAR LINK at either the SF Call Center (Japan domestic flight reservation and information center), an airport, or online, it might take time to be reflected in the latest information section of My Page.

Reservations for which Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds Are Possible Online

Only tickets paid for by credit card online or via the SF Call Center (Japan domestic flight reservation and information center) are reservations that can be changed, cancelled, or refunded online.
There are also differences in the operations that can be performed depending on the usage status of the ticket. See the table below for details.
