If you missed your flight
Please complete all procedures at the airport at least 30 minutes in advance to make sure to depart on time.
Please be aware that if you are not present at the boarding gate 30 minutes prior to departure, you may not be able to board the flight in time, regardless of whether or not you previously completed the international check-in procedures. If you missed your flight., refunds*1 will only be issued upon paying a service fee. Please note that we cannot change to another flight at this point.
