Character Limit of Passengers’ Name
When booking a flight on our official website, there is a character limit for first and last names.
You can enter up to 40 characters in total for first and last names.
If you are traveling with an infant, an error may occur even if the total number of characters is within the 40-character limit. If the following error screen appears, please contact the SF CALL CENTER (Japan Domestic Flight Reservation and Information Center).
We may refuse boarding if you use a false name or other information that differs from your official identification, such as your passport.
If the total number of characters in your first and last names exceeds 40, please contact the SF CALL CENTER (Japan Domestic Flight Reservation and Information Center).
