Print the payment slip beforehand or make a copy of the payment slip number and take it to a 7-Eleven convenience store.

Step.1Reservation
Please reserve your flight through the Star Flyer official website or SF Call Center, and then undertake the following procedure.
Perform the following steps on the Star Flyer official website

Carry out the purchasing procedure from the reservation completion screen or the reservation details confirmation screen.

Select ‘Pay at Convenience Store’ from the payment method selection screen.

Select ‘Display Payment Slip’ for 7-Eleven.

Print the ‘Online Shopping Payment Slip’ displayed on the screen.

The payment slip number is updated to the most recent one each time you tap the [Print Online Payment Number] button or refresh the screen.
The number may have changed from when you took a screenshot or note of it, so make sure you have the latest payment slip number when paying.

Step.2Payment
Hand your ‘Online Shopping Payment Slip’ to staff at the cash register, or inform them of your ‘Payment Slip Number (13 Digits)’ before paying in cash.

After paying, perform a reservation search on the Star Flyer official website and get your e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt.

Step.3The day of your flight
Have your e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt ready and check in either online, on the self-service check-in machine, or at the airport check-in counter. After carrying out the boarding procedure, you should pass the security checkpoint at least 20 minutes prior to your departure time.
Online Check-in is a service that, after reserving and purchasing a ticket, allows passengers to check in and generate a boarding pass on a device, such as a smartphone, 24 hours before departure of their reserved flight.
