Available Seats and Seat Waiting Lists at Airports
If your desired flight is fully booked, we accept seat waiting list applications at the airport on the day of departure.
Usage Instructions

Step.1Apply to be on the seat waiting list
You can apply to be on the seat waiting list by using one of the following methods.
(1) Issue a Seat Waiting List Card at the Self-Service Check-In Machine.
We will issue a seat waiting list card at the self-service check-in machine.
Please show the documentation that you need for boarding,
such as your 2D barcode (e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt).- ※
Please apply after paying for the ticket in advance.

If you have a reservation for your desired boarding date, please check in before applying.

Please select all flights you want to be on the seat waiting list for (you can choose multiple flights).

If you have baggage to check in, please inform airport staff.
(2) Generate a waiting list boarding pass online
Submit a waiting list application on the website and obtain your waiting list boarding pass.

Please apply after paying for the ticket in advance.

If you have a reservation for your desired boarding date, please check in before applying.
(After submitting your waiting list application, obtain the boarding pass for your reserved flight.) - ※

Step.2Passing the Security Checkpoint

Make sure to check that it is your boarding pass.
- ②
Scan the boarding pass at the security gate reader.
- ③
Follow the guidance on the screen to pass through the gate.
The security checkpoint certificate previously issued at the security checkpoint is no longer used due to equipment upgrades.
Check your boarding pass details, such as your boarding gate, boarding group number, and seat number. - ①
After obtaining your waiting list boarding pass or your reserved flight boarding pass, proceed to the security checkpoint.

Step.3Check In After Being Called
We will call you 20 minutes before the departure time, and so please wait at the designated calling area.
A part of the full name of the passenger for whom a seat has been made available and their seat waiting list number will be displayed on the digital signage display.
Check in online to issue your boarding pass.- ※
Even if a part of your full name and your seat waiting list number are displayed, you will not be able to board unless you check in.

Order of Being Called
The order for calling passengers on the seat waiting list is done in order of the following categories.
For passengers in the same category, the order of calling will be changed according to the fare type of the ticket for which you applied for.

Please note that we may give priority to calling passengers of canceled flights.
