Step.1Online reservations
Under ‘Options for Each Fare Type’, select the discounted fare for passengers with disabilities, and then check the availability.

The terms and conditions of the original fare will apply. For SORATABI and STAR fares, reservation changes cannot be made after purchase.

Step.2Boarding
After checking in online, you must present your certificate needed for the discount at the airport check-in counter on the day of your flight.
About discount for passengers with disabilities
This applies to passengers with the following certificates and one caregiver traveling on the same flight.
Physical Disability Certificate, War Injury and Illness Certificate, Rehabilitation Certificate, Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate
