Online check-in and how to issue a boarding pass

From May 19, 2026, to June 9, 2026 (tentative), we will be integrating the domestic and international flight systems at each airport in sequence.
During the system migration period, both pre-integration and post-integration airport systems will be in use simultaneously. Therefore, after searching for your check-in information, you will be directed to one of the following two screens.
If the page you are redirected to after searching for your check-in information displays "Select Check-in Destination," it is a pre-integration airport; if it displays "Check-in Destination," it is a post-integration airport. Please follow the instructions for the applicable screen.

    If the screen for the airport prior to system integration is displayed, the screen will change starting from Step 3 of the boarding pass issuance process. Please click "Click here for those using the pre-integration system."
  1. Step.1

    Click "Online Check-in" on the side menu.

  2. Step.2

    Select "Reservation number" or "Flight ticket number" as the search method, enter your reservation number, and name, then click "Search."

  3. Step.3

    Select the passenger you wish to check in and click "Online Check-in."

    Select your seat and click "Register." *If you have already reserved a seat, please proceed to Step 5.

    Review your check-in details and click "Online Check-in."

  6. Step.6

    Please review the information regarding carry-on baggage, check the box next to "I have read and agree to all the terms," and click "Next."

  7. Step.7

    Now that check-in is complete, please click the "Issue Boarding Pass" to generate your boarding pass.

    • Print from a printer... Please take a screenshot of the PDF of the printed boarding pass and save it.
    • Receive via email... We will send your mobile boarding pass to the email address you provided.

      The email will be sent from "@starflyer.jp".

    On the day of your flight, please use the QR code on the boarding pass obtained after check-in to pass through security and proceed to the boarding gate.

  8. Your boarding pass will be displayed (you can email it or print it).
