Step 1Reservation
- For reservations made on the Star Flyer official websitePlease select a flight or fare from the reservation screen on your PC or mobile phone, and then enter your name, age, gender, and contact information to make a reservation.
- By telephonePlease contact SF Call Center (Japan domestic flight reservation and information center)and tell the operator the date and flight number to reserve.

Step 2Payment
- For reservations made on the Star Flyer official websiteAfter making a reservation, please select credit card payment, and then enter your credit card number, expiration date, and security code.
- By telephonePlease give the operator your credit card number, expiration date, and security code.

Step 3The day of your flight
On the day of departure, please bring the credit card used to make the payment or your reservation number and confirmation number, and receive your boarding pass at the self-service check-in machine or check-in counter.

When checking in, you can use the credit card you used to purchase (the person whose name the credit card is under must be present) the ticket or your confirmation number and reservation number to check in.
