International Flights: Payment by Credit Card
You can pay by credit card on the Star Flyer official website, SFJ airport check-in counter, or via SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information).

We implement an identity authentication service based on the online payment security standard 3-D Secure.

We have enhanced our security to prevent boarding using tickets purchased through the fraudulent use of credit cards. We may ask the credit card holder to present the credit card they used to purchase the flight ticket or an ID (a document that contains a photograph of the credit card holder and their name written in English) at the airport on the day of their flight.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1Reservation
- On the official websiteSelect a flight or fare from the reservation screen on your PC or mobile phone, and then enter the necessary information to make a reservation.
- By telephonePlease contact SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information) and tell the operator the date and flight number to reserve.

Step 2Payment
- On the official websiteAfter making a reservation, select credit card payment and enter the required information.*1
- By telephonePlease give the operator your credit card number, expiration date, and security code.

We use an identity authentication service provided by credit card companies as part of our efforts to strengthen our security against the fraudulent use of credit cards.

Step 3The day of your flight
You will need a copy of your e-ticket and your passport to check in.
Please finish checking in at the airport check-in counter at least 40 minutes before your departure time on the day of departure.
Use of Credit Cards
