International Flights: Changes / Refunds due to Bad Weather or Aircraft Malfunction, Etc.
If the scheduled flight is delayed or canceled due to bad weather or an aircraft malfunction, etc., we will take the following action. Questions concerning reservation changes and refunds may be directed to SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information).
Changes to Reserved Flights
- We accept transfers to SFJ vacant flights within 30 days of the scheduled reserved flight departure date. Please contact SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information).
- We accept changes to your ticket regardless of the fare type. You will not be charged for the difference in cost or a transaction fee.
1. Tickets that are subject to a refund
Tickets for which international flight fares and charges apply
You will not be charged a transaction fee.
2. Refund period
We accept requests for a refund within 30 days from the expiration date of the ticket’s period of validity.
3. Refund location
We accept refunds at SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information).
Refunds for tickets purchased at a travel agency are accepted at the store at which you made the purchase.
If you have paid in cash, we will undertake procedures to refund you via a bank transfer to your account.
However, in the case of a refund due to a force majeure such as bad weather, the transaction fee will be borne by the customer.
