Issuance Requirements
Receipts can be requested only for tickets purchased by following methods.

How to download or request receipts
Request by phone*
Airport check-in counter
Please request at the check-in counter on the day your departure.
- *Issued receipt will be sent by post.
- *If you make payment at convinience store or travel agency, please request the store/agency to issue the receipt.
Cautions
- The receipt cannot be reissued.
- Please check the boarding date, flight number, and passenger name in advance.
- Receipt issue service is not available after one year since your payment.

At the check-in counter on the day of departure, please let us know that you wish to have a certificate of boarding issued.

Cautions
- Please check the boarding date, flight number, seat, and passenger name in advance.
- If one year has passed since the ticket was purchased, we will be unable to issue a receipt.
