Reservation Changes / Cancellations
- If you have purchased a fare that enables you to change your reservation, change the reservation before the flight departs.
- To confirm, change, or cancel your reservation, you will require your passenger name and reservation number.

If you have forgotten your reservation number, check with SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information).

- The procedures can be done via the Star Flyer website, smartphone website, SF CALL CENTER (For International Flight Reservation and Information), or the store where you purchased your flight.
- You cannot change the passenger name.
